LEADERSHIP FORMS

The Leadership program focuses on providing opportunities for members to learn about and then teach about the various aspects of the American Legion Auxiliary. At the Unit level, time may be set aside during a regular meeting for the explanation of a particular program or aspect of a program. This is done in the interest of education of the Unit member. It may cover the program objectives and functions of the program. At the District and Department levels, leadership workshops are organized to provide the members with all the necessary tools to develop their programs for the year.
